Privacy Policy for Everyday List Studio
About this policy
Everyday List Studio is provided by Aplink technologies. This policy describes how the app handles information when you create and manage checklists, templates, and archived lists.

Information accessed and stored
The app stores the content you enter locally on your device. This includes list titles, categories, descriptive notes, routine labels, item names, quantities, priorities, item notes, item order, completion status, templates, and archived lists. It also generates local identifiers to distinguish lists and items. These identifiers are not advertising identifiers.
The app does not require an account. The inspected application does not send your checklist content to Aplink technologies or implement automatic collection of personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data. It does not access your contacts, camera, or microphone.
How information is used
Your locally stored information is used to display and edit your collection, calculate completion progress, search and filter lists, create reusable templates, archive and restore lists, and reset checklists when you confirm a reset. Searches run against your local collection.
Local storage and device backups
The Android app stores your collection in its private application storage using Android SharedPreferences. The browser preview stores its collection in the browser's local storage.
Android system backup is enabled in the app configuration. Depending on your device, operating system, and backup settings, Android may include app data in system backups or device transfers. These processes are controlled by the platform and your settings rather than by an app-operated backup server.
Sharing and third-party services
The inspected app does not automatically share your collection with Aplink technologies or third parties. It contains no identified advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDKs. Its identified libraries include AndroidX, Jetpack Compose/Compose Multiplatform, and Kotlin coroutines for application functionality.
If you select Share plain text, the Android share sheet lets you choose another app to receive the checklist. Shared text includes the list title, list note, item names, quantities, priorities, completion marks, and item notes. The receiving app or recipient handles that information under its own practices.
If you export a backup, the app writes your full collection, including templates and archived lists, to a location you choose through Android's document picker. That location may be on your device or with a cloud storage provider you select. The chosen provider's practices apply to files stored with it.
Importing a backup gives the app access to the file you select. The app reads and validates it locally, displays a contents summary, and replaces the current collection only after your confirmation.
The Android manifest includes Internet permission, but the inspected checklist functionality does not implement network requests or an app-operated remote service.
Security
The Android app uses private application storage and the system document picker for user-selected backup files. Imported backups are checked for supported format, size limits, and valid records before replacement.
The app does not implement additional encryption for its saved collection or exported backups. Backup files contain readable list and note content. Keep them in a private location and share them only with intended recipients. Device security, storage-provider protections, and recipient practices affect the protection of your information. No storage or transfer method can guarantee complete security.
The app does not implement its own network transmission of checklist data, so there is no app-specific encryption-in-transit mechanism to describe. Transfers performed by sharing apps, document providers, or Android backup services depend on those services.
The app records local error diagnostics for failed storage and document operations. The inspected code does not upload these logs to a developer-operated service.
Retention and deletion
Your collection remains in local storage until you delete it, replace it through a confirmed backup import, or remove the app's stored data. Archiving a list preserves it; archiving is not deletion. Templates are separate copies and remain until separately deleted.
You can delete individual items, lists, and templates through the app's controls. You can remove the Android app's local collection through Android's clear-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. For the browser preview, clear the site's browser storage to remove its local collection.
Deleting local data does not delete exported backup files, copies previously shared with others, or copies retained by platform backup services. Manage those copies through the relevant file location, recipient, provider, or device backup settings. Restoring a previously saved backup may restore information you had deleted locally.
There is no developer-operated account or checklist database identified in the inspected app, and no in-app remote deletion-request feature. For privacy questions or deletion assistance, contact info@aplinkllc.online. Aplink technologies cannot directly access or delete a collection stored only on your device. Retention practices for information you choose to send by email are not established by the inspected application materials.
Children's privacy
Everyday List Studio provides general checklist and productivity features. A specific intended age range has not been established in the available application information. The inspected app does not implement age collection, accounts, advertising, or automatic transmission of children's information to the developer. Any personal information entered in lists or notes is handled as described in this policy.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app's features or information handling. Review the latest version when using an updated version of the app.
